The purpose of the Give Me A Chance Foundation, a 501(c)3 corporation, is to inspire disadvantaged youth to become involved in sports by providing an opportunity to train at an elite level while emphasizing a strong commitment to education. These programs will be designed to help develop the skills, discipline and strong character necessary for those served to reach their highest level of personal growth, professional achievement and community leadership.

DO BOARD MEMBERS OR STAFF RECEIVE COMPENSATION FOR THEIR GMAC WORK?
The Give Me A Chance Board of Directors serve the foundation as stated in the Bylaws. Board members do not receive any compensation nor do staff that serve on a volunteer basis. The Foundation does employ part-time independent contractors (Agencies, Event Planners & Specialized Individuals) that assist (GMACF) with planning and organizing web site projects, various summer camps, Bo's annual Celebrity Charity Golf Classic, fundraising events and other "Meet n Greet" fundraisers. WHAT PERCENTAGE OF MY DONATION GOES TOWARD THE CHILDREN INVOLVED?
Eighty percent (80%) of donations go to funding academics, summer camps, sporting equipment and training and classroom supplies. Twenty percent (20%) is used for various fundraising, operating expenses and outside agency fees. CAN I GET A LIST OF DONORS TO THE FOUNDATION?

Through the generosity of our event sponsors, individual donors and the donated services of many organizations, the Foundation is able to provide a variety of programs to help disadvantaged children in the Chicago metropolitan & surrounding areas. WHERE DOES THE MONEY I DONATE GO?
All donations are used to advance The Give Me A Chance Foundation mission. Donations are used to provide school supplies, training equipment, participation in camps, individual training and academic programs, as well as to support general operating expenses. HOW CAN MY CHILD/TEAM APPLY?

The Foundation does not provide medical insurance for participants in any of their camps or programs. Please make sure that the medical release form is completed which can be downloaded at http://www.givemeachancefoundation.org/programs.html ARE ONLY MONETARY DONATIONS ACCEPTED?
